Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and outdoor labels are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
